Position: Management Trainee
- Salary Range: $2,500 to $2,800
- Working Day : 5 Days ( Able to commit on weekend / public holiday)
- Working Hours: Shift Work ( Depends on schedule)
Job Scope:
- Assist for budgeting, cost management, and inventory planning
- Plan and execute sales building activities
- Take charge of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness assurance within the restaurant operations
- Supervise store operations, cash control, and shift management
- Manage a high-performance team and develop their talents
- Drive recruitment, training, and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- A Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec in any discipline
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
