Key Responsibilities

• Manage end -to -end restaurant operations independently.
  
• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff on a daily basis.
  
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
  
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
  
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
  
• Oversee inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
  
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures.

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must possess proven restaurant management experience with a strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff supervision. Typical experience range for this role is 4–8 years in restaurant or hospitality management environments.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (Typical)
  
• Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Hospitality Management
  
• Additional: Food Safety / Hospitality Certifications
