We are looking for a charismatic, high-energy Guest Experience Manager/Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations. You will be the heartbeat of the floor—setting the tone, injecting life into the space, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Act as the ultimate host, engaging with guests to create an electric, welcoming atmosphere and an unforgettable vibe.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen, the bar program (aperitivi), and the dining floor.
Recruit, train, and mentor the service and bar staff, building a positive, high-performing team culture.
Plan and execute special events, activations, and promotions to enhance guest experience and boost sales.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to build guest loyalty.
Monitor inventory, control operational costs, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations.
At least 4 years of experience in fast-paced restaurant and bar management.
Outgoing, charismatic personality with a natural ability to bring positive energy and vibe to a space.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating and developing a team.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
