Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to steer our team towards achieving culinary excellence and ensuring our esteemed patrons enjoy a memorable dining experience with us.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Operation Manager and Executive Chef to drive desired business outcomes, maintaining high standards of service and food quality.
• Uphold the restaurant’s cleanliness, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  Engage in regular operational reviews, proposing improvement plans to management.
• Address customer feedback and complaints swiftly and professionally.
• Conduct orientation and training for new team members.
• Manage staff scheduling, including duty rosters and cleaning tasks.
• Oversee dining reservations and seating arrangements.
• Handle cashiering responsibilities, including daily sales and petty cash management.
• Enforce adherence to the Company’s standard operating procedures among all staff members.
• Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.
   

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years in Chinese dining experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
• A passion for and knowledge of live seafood cuisine.
• Basic proficiency in PC use.
• A stringent adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability for a 5-day work week including Weekends and PH.
