Restuarant Manager [Korean BBQ/ Up to $4,5k] - Urgent Hiring

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure coordination between the front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Develop and manage staff schedules
• Setting up the floor operation team with the owner (including servers, hosts, and etc.)
• Collaborate with the owner and internal bookkeeper to manage restaurant accounting tasks, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
• Oversee kitchen operations and inventory management processes
• Labor and service management, Quality Control
• Hands-on involvement in grilling activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience as restaurant management experience
• Familiar with Korean culture and food, especially bbq and dishes

[Advantage]

• Experience working at Korean bbq restaurant
• Proficiency in Korean language to liaise with korean speaking stakeholders
