Job Descriptions: 

• Attend to customers individually, provide latest information. 
• Keep up-to-date on store information and product knowledge to promote services of the company, employing a consistently high level of service.
• Maintain and update data bank of regular customers, ensure effective and systematic customer data resource system. Know the customers by their names and their shopping interests.
• Handle and resolve customers’ feedback / complaints; feedback to manager/s on customer’s comments.
• Assist with assistance calls from the boutiques on the Duty Phone.
• Perform Cashiering duties, stock control, merchandise display, online store sales operation and digital marketing. 

Job Requirements: 

• A professional education certification in any field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
• Excellent communication skills, independent and a team player
• Service and sales-oriented, self-starter
