Retail Assistant cum Customer Service - Rewarding Work

Join our vibrant team as a Retail Sales Associate cum Customer Service where you will be the front face of our company, assisting with the promotion of our workshop, retail sales, and customer service. You will play a key role in enhancing our customer experiences by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote the Workshop
2. Sell Retail Products
3. Assist in Course Enrolment
4. Customer Service - Pre & Post Course
5. Conduct short and interactive workshop
6. Maintain Shop Cleanliness
7. Assist in Venue Setup
8. Inventory Management

Working Hours & Commitment:

• Full-time: 44 hours per week
• Shifts include weekends and public holidays.
• All staff are expected to commit to at least 1 year of employment to ensure continuity and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Experience/Without Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic POS skills for managing sales and customer data.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
