Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences and providing personalised recommendations
• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
• Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Handle cashier duties and process payments accurately
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking tasks
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any queries or concerns
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall store performance

Requirements

• GCE 'N' Level, Nitec in Retail or any related discipline
• 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide informed recommendations
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
