Job Responsibilities:
- Introducing and selling Samsung products to customers
- Provide basic product troubleshooting and advice to customers
- Providing excellent service to our customers
- Maintaining adequate inventory in store
- Ensure overall cleanliness of store and storeroom
- To perform other adhoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O/N levels, preferably with 1 year of sales experience
- Applicants with no prior sales experience are also welcomed as training will be provided
- Possess knowledge of Samsung products/software or related consumer electronic products
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and confident personality
