Job Duties:
- Uphold high standards of customer service
- Resolve customer’s issues and complaints
- Notifying customers of ongoing promotions
- Stock-up the shelves; checking of inventories
- Ensure that the storefront is kept presentable and clean
Job Requirements:
- Prior work experience in retail services preferred
- Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor with strong customer service abilities
