Job Description
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide product demonstrations and answer any questions customers may have about features, benefits, and usage.
Sales Generation: Actively engage customers to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets. Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities. Recommend complementary products and accessories to enhance the customer's purchase experience.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, specifications, and pricing. Attend product training sessions and stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions. Share product knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Promotional Activities: Execute promotional activities such as product demonstrations, in-store events, and special promotions to attract customers and increase foot traffic. Distribute samples, coupons, and promotional materials to generate interest and drive sales.
Merchandising: Ensure that products are neatly displayed and effectively merchandised to enhance visibility and drive sales. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock replenishment needs to management.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships. Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collect customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
POS Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and store management to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
