Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations 
• Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyze sales reports and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide top-tier customer service.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory effectively.

Requirement:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
