Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service and advising promotions.
Assisting customers with their enquirers and needs
Support with any events and promotional activities whenever required
Assist with GST Claims, sale of vouchers and card member queries

Requirements:

Minimum O level and above.
Basic Microsoft knowledge is a must.
Possess good communication skills and friendly disposition
Min 2 years experience in front line, retail or customer service job /environment is highly preferred
2-3 years Experience in hospitality reception experience in Hotel/Tourism/Retail Services industry will be an advantage.
5 days work week, 8hrs 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
