Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day retail store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
2. Responsible for the store's financial budgets, ensuring that the store's operating costs are within budget.
3. Set and achieve sales targets while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
4. Revenue and net profit-oriented. Able to comply with top management's strategy map for the expansion, revenue, and net profit strategy adaptation in certain development periods.
5. Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure stocking to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
6. Brand sourcing and brand development to ensure the department stays ahead of the competition.
7. Liaising with suppliers (local and international).
8. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
9. Responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.
10. Ensure visual display standards and the store environment are consistently presentable and clean at all times.
11. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirement
1. Diploma or degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of experience with 3 years in managing a FMCG retail business with profit and loss accountability.
3. Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.
4. Experienced in retail management team building and multiple outlets management
5. Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
6. Self-motivated, energetic, and familiar with relevant sales and marketing strategies.
7. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (verbal and written). Being proficient in Cantonese would be a plus.
