Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations including setting KPIs and managing manpower.
- Implement strategies to enhance retail operations, drive sales, and achieve targets.
- Analyze sales performance across product categories.
- Develop individualized action plans to motivate staff and achieve targets/KPIs.
- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and POS systems to meet training objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain optimal stock levels and assortment.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers to boost store traffic and retention.
- Foster a supportive and motivating environment for staff development and performance optimization.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation and service excellence through comprehensive staff training.
- Provide ongoing feedback and insights for continuous business improvement.
- Deliver visual merchandising training and feedback to uphold global standards.
- Responsible for recruitment of store staffs as per store requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in lifestyle retail management
- Strong business acumen including experience working with KPIs and other performance metrics
- Experienced in managing a sales team and foster a positive working environment
- Energetic, pleasant personality with a passion for customer service
