Main Responsibilities:

• Manage stores and supervise staffs
• Analyze sales and store performance
• Develop action plans to enhance sales and optimize staff
• Ensure high operational standards in stores
• Manage inventory needs and operational communication
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a customer-centric service culture
• Train, coach, and develop retail teams

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of managerial experience in the retail industry
• Proven team management, organization, problem solving and leadership skills
