Retail / POSM designer

Altavia ielo in Singapore is looking for a talented and experienced Retail/POSM Designer to join our dynamic team and drive creative excellence across a variety of exciting projects.

OBJECTIVES

Strategic Understanding: Translate business & marketing directives and client briefs into high-impact creative concepts.

End-to-End Ownership:Conceptually strong and able to handle projects seamlessly from brainstorming,research, and creative concept, through to design development and final implementation.

Industry Expertise: Propose outstanding creative concepts specialized in retail environments and POSM (Point of Sale Materials), ensuring all designs align with strict retail guidelines.

Project Management:Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

Collaborative Spirit: Work hand-in-hand with the wider design team and senior leadership to deliver world-class projects.

SKILLS
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, with a proven track record of working in a creative/design agency.

Specialization: Deep expertise in retail design and POSM creative design. Experience in the luxury sector is a strong plus.

Technical Proficiency:Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong rendering and technical drawing drafting skills are required.

Creative Flair:Ability to translate abstract ideas into sketches, collages, and concrete designs that go far beyond standard mood boards.

Mindset: A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a "start-up" mentality.Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

Location: Must be based in Singapore.
