Retail Project Manager (Functional) - BTNO

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Functional Project Manager with a strong background in retail banking operations, contact center, and problem/issue management to join our Business Technology & Operations (BTNO) team in Singapore. This role will serve as the functional bridge between retail ops teams and technology delivery, ensuring timely and effective execution of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end project activities across retail banking operations and contact center domains.
• Manage issue and problem review cycles across operations and technology.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with Technology PMs to monitor delivery progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Prepare and present comprehensive management reports, dashboards, and project updates.
• Ensure smooth communication between functional teams and tech teams for all delivery-related activities.
• Track and manage risks, dependencies, and issues related to project scope, schedule, and quality.
• Support testing, rollout, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on retail banking, retail operations, or contact center functions.
• Strong understanding of retail banking processes and customer service operations.
• Hands-on experience in problem and issue management frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.
• Proficient in management reporting, project documentation, and executive presentations.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced delivery environment.
