Retail Sales Assistant

Our client is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant (Electronics & Gadgets) to join their team at Orchard. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their communication needs, recommending suitable products, and driving sales of innovative communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Handle sales transactions accurately (cash and card).
• Maintain store cleanliness and attractive displays.
• Help achieve store sales targets through individual performance.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and customer follow-up.
• Participate in product training to improve knowledge.
  

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (preferably in retail).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven sales skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and a team player.
• Fluent in English and at least one other local language.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends.
