Job Description

• Handle foreign exchange transactions for the customers
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Follow the sales process in order to maximise sales
• Adhering to operational and compliance regulations

Requirements

• Min GCE "O" Level 
• must have experiences dealing with currencies or cash or have physical customer service exposure 
• Able and willing to work 8 or 12 hours rostered shift hours (including overnight shifts; additional shift allowances apply)
   

Salary & Benefits

• $2,500 to $2,800 per month (depending on relevant experience)
• Additional airport + different shift allowance applies
• Additional allowance can range between $200 to $700 per month (depending on what work shift assigned to)

Working hours:

• Option A: 12-hours shift, 9am-9pm/ 9pm-9am, 4-days work include weekends, 2 days off rotation (Additional 3 days off per month) OR
• Option B: 8-hours shift, 9am-6pm / 12pm to 9pm / 12am to 9am, 5-days work include weekends, 2 off days

*Option A will have more allowances
*Only choose option A or option B, cannot choose shift
