Retail Store Manager

Responsibility:

• Serve as the company's brand ambassador to promote brand culture.
• Lead, assist, and coach store staff to make the team achieve the perfect service level and provide customers with the best service experience.
• Responsible for the management and supervision of the store's sales of goods.
• Do a good job in product acceptance, return and exchange, display and other work.
• Arrange employee shifts according to performance needs; Work with employees to achieve sales performance targets.
• Maintain communication with management at all times, regularly feedback the current situation of the store (team status, product situation, competing products, etc.) and discuss the plan with management and implement it.

Requirement:

• Interested in fashion and have a certain sensitivity to the market and fashion trends.
• Self-motivated, good at communication, with strong planning and organizational skills.
• At least 3 year of retail management experience in the fast fashion industry.
