Retail Store Manager - Generous Compensation

Job Description:

• Achieve sales and qualitative objectives for stores.
• Build, motivate, and manage the team, defining necessary structure.
• Allocate daily tasks and train team members.
• Continuously evaluate service quality, provide feedback to improve.
• Ensure staff respond in line with company directives.
• Organize store operations, optimize service directives.
• Manage inventory, anticipate and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Interface with management and other departments.
• Establish annual sales and workload forecasts.
• Provide necessary info/reporting to management.
• Perform any other assigned ad hoc duties.

Job Requirement:

• Sales-driven and results oriented.
• Worked in fashion retail operation will be an advantage
• Able to lead and motivate the team.
• Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays.
