一、Market intelligence 市场信息
• Provide first-hand information concerning commercial projects in the malls
第一时间提供所在商场商业相关的信息;
• Collect and develop market intelligence and update the competitors’ information or sales activities in the malls.
收集并汇报店铺所在商场内相关的销售活动和竞品信息;
• Maintain good relationship with the landlords and support sales activities negotiations;
与商场业主等保持良好的合作关系并再商讨销售活动时提供支持;
二、Operations 零售运营
• Directly supervise the daily operations of the boutique. Align with the company requirements of compliance & service standard.
监管店铺的日常运营,确保其合规且符合公司的各项要求标准;
• Help to settle down the issues in store by providing necessary information/advice to staff as well as the feedbacks to staff to make improvements in a timely manner.
促进店铺内部问题的解决,对需要帮助的员工提供信息,建议并协助他们解决问题。 同事及时给 与店铺员工相关指导及反馈以帮助店铺员工业绩提升;
• Well control the boutique petty cash/stationary and all expenses/billings. Ensure the company policy and the compliance requests are followed.
管理店铺备用金/文具等费用的合理使用,以确保其符合公司的相关规定
• In charge of checking the sales invoice & the relevant supporting documents to meet the compliance requirements.
负责检查销售单据等相关材料以确保合规性;
• Stock management, timely monitor the stock levels and assortments with workable advice to meet the business needs.
库存监督管理:关注库存结构,提出合理建议,改善库存结构和销售节奏。
三、Sales Management 销售管理
• Develop action plan to achieve sales target in terms of qualitative & quantitative aspects.
制定行动计划以保质保量的完成店铺目标;
• Set individual sales target and follow up with sales person’s product knowledge/selling skills/service standard;
制定员工个人业绩指标,并跟进销售员工的产品知识/销售技巧/服务标准。
• Motivate the store staff to achieve annual/monthly sales target/specific items/high jewellery target
激励团队完成年度/月度销售目标/指定商品销售目标/高定珠宝销售目标等。
• Analyse and evaluate product sales results, collect and provide qualitative feedbacks
分析并评估销售结果,收集并提供可行的反馈及建议;
• Implement the strategies from sales retail department including discounts, gwp, expenses etc
落实零售部门制定的政策,例如折扣政策、礼品安排及使用、一般支出等。
四、Customer Relationship 客户关系管理
• Maintain relationship with the landlords to gain the resources to improve store sales exposure.
与业主保持良好的关系以争取商场资源提升店铺业绩;
• Proactively develop new local customer and involve in VIP relationship maintenance together with store staff;
积极挖掘当地新的客户并和店铺员工一起维护 VIP 客户;
• Well handling after-sales claims with timely communications with corporate related functions.
及时与公司相关部门沟通妥善处理售后问题;
• Improve overall service quality to meet Satisfaction Barometer standard.
提升整体的服务质量来提高客户的满意度;
• Implement all CRM programs.
积极进行各项客户关系维护项目;
五、Team Management and Development of Boutiques 团队管理及店铺发展
• Set clear roles and responsibilities of each team member
为团队每一个成员制定清晰的职责;
• Well arrange staff’s workload and priorities. Monitoring and evaluating performance by conducting corrective or disciplinary actions.
决定员工工作量和任务优先次序,进行任务授权、监督和评估员工表现,并主动采取改进性和加 强纪律的行为;
• Provide training, coaching & feedback for career development.
为员工提供职业发展相关的培训/辅导及反馈;
• Recruit the team in a timely manner to meet the business development needs
及时的跟进为团队招募合适的员工来满足业务发展的需求;
• Identify the employees’ potential & the talents in the existing team.
