Job Description - Retail Store Supervisor - Fast Hire

Job Responsibilities:

Manage store operations and ensure a high level of performance and growth
Deliver retail sales, KPIs & CRM according to company target and objectives
Ensure store visual merchandise complies with company SOP
Lead and supervise a team of retail associates
Ensure associates develop and retain a sense of ownership in their job
Increase associates product knowledge and customer service skills by initiating activities and training
Manage and take ownership of inventory management and ensure daily stock count reconcile with POS inventory
Handle customers queries in a professional manner
Guide and coach onboarding associates
Organize and scheduling of roster, including staff management and performance
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supervisory position in fashion apparel category;
Excellent people/ interpersonal skills;
Independent and self-motivated;
Passion for retail
