• Perm role with comprehensive benefits (14 days AL, AWS (13 months), medical benefits
• 5 days work week, starting from 10.30am (44 hours a week)
• 2 breaks given (Lunch and dinner)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Retail Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor or Assistant Retail Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the store. Your duties will include attending to customer inquiries, providing recommendations, monitoring and replenishing inventory, and maximizing sales opportunities. Additionally, you will be expected to perform various administrative tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to customer inquiries and providing appropriate recommendations.
• Monitor and replenish stocks and inventory to ensure adequate product availability.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve sales opportunities and monitor the performance of sales.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the overall store management and organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum O level/ Diploma qualification.
• Preferably, at least 2-3 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to monitor and replenish inventory effectively.
• Proficient in administrative tasks to support store operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
