Revenue Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Revenue Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in F&B revenue management, strategic planning, and financial analysis in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize F&B revenue and profitability.
2. Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
3. Monitor and optimize pricing strategies for F&B outlets to drive revenue and achieve financial targets.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotions and packages to increase F&B sales.
5. Forecast F&B revenue and prepare budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
6. Track and analyze F&B performance metrics, including revenue per available seat, average check, and profit margins.
7. Implement cost control measures to improve profitability without compromising quality.
8. Train and develop F&B staff on revenue management best practices and procedures.
9. Work closely with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
10. Prepare regular reports for senior management on F&B revenue performance and trends.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an F&B Revenue Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
3. Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results and exceeding revenue targets.
