Risk & Compliance, Executive, Raffles Health Insurance - Urgent Position

Job Responsibilities

Assist in risk functions such as:

• To update the Incident Risk Register for any operational incidents faced.
• Maintenance of the SOP register. SOP’s are to be updated annually by all departments.
• QA project work on various departments. The QA may be a small project or comprehensive depending on the company’s risk management needs.
• Knowledge of PDPC’s guidelines on PDPA is required and to assist in company’s PDPA incidents and implementing any requirements for the organization.
• Understanding of various MAS regulations.
• Sales Transactions Review to be done annually.
• To work on the operational KRI risk management risk rating to reduce the risk exposure of the organization.
• Other Ad-Hoc cases as and when assigned.
• Assist in AML screening for compliance from time to time.
 

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in compliance, internal or external audit. Candidates who are currently pursuing relevant professional qualification in the area of compliance or audit can be considered
• Good knowledge of MAS and FAA regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills and a sense of urgency
• Good team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent worker
