Job Overview

We are looking for an experiencedRisk Management Manager to oversee risk control across the company’s import,export, and domestic trade operations. The ideal candidate will possess strongexpertise in commodity trading risk management, trade finance, and supply chainoperations, with a proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate businessrisks while supporting sound commercial decision-making. The role will workclosely with trading, finance, operations, and headquarters risk managementteams to support the company’s risk governance framework.

Job Responsibilities

•       Conductrisk reviews and business analysis for import, export, and domestic tradingactivities, providing timely risk insights and recommendations to management.

•       Monitoroperational, market, credit, and counterparty risks associated with commoditytrading and supply chain transactions.

•       Reviewtrading transactions, contractual terms, credit assessments, and risk controldocumentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and risk managementframeworks.

•       Collaboratewith business, finance, legal, and operations teams to identify potential risksand implement appropriate mitigation measures.

•       Preparerisk assessment reports, management reports, and related documentation tosupport governance, compliance, and business decision-making.

•       Monitorkey risk indicators and recommend improvements to internal control processesand risk management procedures.

•       Supportthe implementation and continuous enhancement of enterprise risk management andcompliance initiatives.

Job Requirements

•       Bachelor'sDegree in Finance, Economics, International Trade, Accounting, Business, RiskManagement, or a related discipline.

•       Minimum5 years of relevant experience in commodity trading, risk management, tradefinance, supply chain management, or related fields.

•       Strongunderstanding of commodity trading operations, international trade practices,credit risk assessment, supply chain financing, and risk management frameworks.

•       Stronganalytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills, withproficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

•       Mandarinlanguage proficiency would be an advantage to facilitate communication withregional stakeholders and headquarters.

•       Willingnessto travel occasionally for business purposes when required.
