Responsibilities:
- Lead the holistic design process for intelligent robots, overseeing the collaborative development of hardware and software to optimize the robots' intelligent functionalities.
- Develop state-of-the-art autonomous navigation and path planning algorithms to ensure smooth and safe robot movement across various environments.
- Apply advanced machine learning techniques to enhance the robot's perception, decision-making, and execution abilities, thereby refining the overall intelligence of the system.
Requirements:
- Hold a Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proven expertise in designing and implementing intelligent robotic systems, with a deep understanding of autonomous navigation, path planning, and machine learning in the robotics domain.
- Possess proficiency in programming languages, particularly skilled in ROS (Robot Operating System) and Python, with hands-on experience in advanced algorithms like deep learning and reinforcement learning.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for innovation in smart robotics.
- Display excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain a solid grasp of the latest advancements and applications in the field.
