Robotics Automation Engineer Manager

## Robotics Lab : ## Design, configure, and test collaborative robotic (Cobot) systems for packaging automation. ## Develop and validate robotic arm setups and tooling for real-world packaging use cases. ## Ensure operational reliability, safety, and scalability. ## Solution Development: ## Architect and implement robotics systems for material handling, sorting, and inventory workflows. ## Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and performance validation. ## Project Management: ## Lead robotics automation projects across warehouse operations. ## Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions. ## Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications. ## Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. ## Hands-on experience with configuring robotic arms and end-of-arm tools. ## Proven track record in robotics system integration and testing. ## Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. ## Familiarity with industrial automation standards and safety protocols. ## Experience with collaborative robots (Cobots) in logistics or manufacturing environments. ## Exposure to automation in large-scale warehouse operations. ## Proficiency in robotics programming and simulation tools.
