SA/AVP, AI Engineer,Technology Data Chapter, Data Platform, Group Technology

The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML/generative AI models for use in a variety of applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and software engineering. 

Responsibilities: 

• Implement generative AI models for use in a variety of applications, and problem solving. 

• Fine tuning LLMs on text,codes(LORA, PEFT). 

• Creating applications/solutions using RAG framework.  

• Creating pipelines to create data indexes, data augmentation, retrieval from LLMs using langchain and llama-index. 

• Creation of Knowledge Bases, storing embeddings into vector databases. 

• Evaluate LLM performances on Hallucination rates. 

• Build and advise teams on creating the guardrails for different use cases/applications. 

• Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in generative AI. 

 Requirements: 

• Masters/graduate in computer science, machine learning, data analytics. 

• Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and software engineering (4-7 years of experience). 

• Hands on experience on prompt engineering with different LLM models. 

• Hands on experience on using langchain and llama-index. 

• Developed and deployed different problem/business solutions using data science. 

• Comfortable in coding in Python and/or Java 

• A highly motivated team player with a strong desire to learn and excel. 

• Ready to work in a fast-paced environment, taking challenges as opportunities. 

• Used to frequent Organizational change. 

• Ready to learn from the team also comfortable in sharing knowledge within the team.
