Job Description - SA/AVP, Project Management Specialist, WMO, CBGO, Group COO

Job Description:

Assist/Lead with End to End Project/Program management and milestone management
Ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality and within budget.
Escalate risks on projects, like delay, increase in costs, operational risk resulting from process/system change etc
Anticipate and analyse any impact from project initiated by business.
Assist/Lead with User Requirement Gathering/reviews and user story documentations.
Participate in UAT including preparation of test case plan, test scope/scripts, and testing progress monitoring
Conduct End User Training
Manage Root Cause Analysis on defects, as well as during identification of underlying problems.
Propose and implement customer oriented solutions to improve overall service delivery.
Assist management in regular processes review performed within the Wealth Operations.
Follow DBS standards on Risk Management, Security and all Corporate Project Management methodologies

Management Reporting/Adhoc task

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting requests including BCC, STP Numbers for area of responsibility through dashboard and scorecards
Perform Business holiday calendars checks
Assist with DCFC marcos updates
Organise and co-ordinate people engagement activites such as EXSA Award, organising WMO Team bonding Events etc
Assist with Budget and Headcount Management
Adhoc tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements

Degree Holder with 6-10 years of relevant project management experience in Wealth Management.
Hands-on experience with CMCP/Finacle/Avaloq/Workflow Systems preferred.
Experience/Knowledge in Wealth Management Operation Processes, Products and SWIFT.
Experience in faciliating requirements gathering session and user story documentation
Hands-on experience in UAT Management
Experience in creating presentation decks and comfortable with presentations.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a positive can do working attitude.
Ability to work and cope with pressure with accuracy and commitment.
Ability to multi-task and manage various projects elements simultaneously.
Self-Starter, fast learner, systematic and meticulous with an eye for details.
Highly Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint including macros
Able to support project implementation/cut-over during weekends
Familiar with Agile Project Management methodology and JIRAs
