Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and implement WSH activities for semiconductor facility and chemical supply system projects.
2. Conduct routine site safety inspections to ensure compliance with company safety procedures, client requirements and Singapore WSH regulations.
3. Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures , Permit-to-Work and daily safety records.
4. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and new worker safety inductions for employees and subcontractors.
5. Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
6. Coordinate with project teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure all site activities are carried out safely and in compliance with project requirements.
7. Perform any other duties assigned by the Safety Manager or management.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant safety coordination experience in construction, M&E, industrial plant or semiconductor projects.
3. Experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, chemical plant or process utility projects will be an added advantage.
4. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to prepare safety reports and documentation.
6. Able to travel to project sites and work in a fast-paced project environment.
