About the role:

As an Account Manager in our Libraries and Education business unit, you will foster client relationships and secure sales of software services and products with existing customers.

As a customer champion you will act as trusted advisor to our clients across our Libraires and Education solutions, to ensure we provide our customers with the best possible outcomes.

You will be commercially minded, recognising our customers critical business priorities, requirements, and challenges

You will be working across multiple education solutions and will become a customer champion and trusted advisor within that space.

You will communicate daily with recurring customers via phone and face to face, to conduct general account health, to better understand customer needs, assisting with customer questions and identify sales opportunities.

You will keep up to date with our product and services information.

You also will work closely with our marketing team to support sales and marketing initiatives as required.

 

Requirements:

This role will identify, qualify, and close new business that results in substantial incremental revenue and margins.  As a primary business lead, you will be responsible for cultivating new relationships and maintaining existing ones for allocated accounts, driving customer retention, and actively generating leads across Singapore.

 

  • Experience managing existing customer relationships, with a strong ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships.
  • You will have a strategic and consultative sales approach.
  • You will have a strong attention to detail and be methodical in compiling all elements of quotation content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to learn new systems and software.
  • You understand the importance and can strictly follow Company process, systems and protocols at all times.

And 3 years minimum experience working in account management or business development role.
