Sales Account Mananger (Basic Comms) — IT Solutions

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts.
• This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in IT solutions who enjoys consultative selling and building long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
• Promote a range of IT solutions and managed services based on customers' business needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution presentation to proposal preparation, negotiation, and account management.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop suitable solutions for clients.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales within the IT solutions, system integration, managed services, cloud, infrastructure or cybersecurity industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work towards sales targets.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
