Sales & Admin Assistant

1. To provide admin support to the sales & operation teams;
2. To efficiently prepare and check each quotation so to ensure accuracy in all terms and conditions;
3. To maintain and update an effective filing system for all documents;
4. To ensure effective communication, planning with the supporting teams within the division to meet requirements of the sales & operation teams;
5. To prepare records and data to account for billing;
6. Handle all incoming letters, faxes and disseminate to respective person in-charge;
7. Handle outgoing letters, i.e. franking postage (including recording);
8. Handle and coordinate franking machine, i.e. servicing and contract;
9. Arrange local & internationals courier (including recording);
10. Checking general incoming emails and forward to the relevant person in-charge; 
11. Update and circulate company phone directory list;
12. Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior deem fit.

REQUIREMENTS

1. 3 years relevant experience
2. O level qualification 
3. Independent and can work under tight schedule
4. Confident, reliable, diligent & responsible
