Job Description - Sales Admin Assistant

As a MINI Sales Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage sales administration work for new car sales.
  • Prepare sales report and record sales registration data.
  • Assist in COE Bidding preparation.
  • Support CRM to create and manage contacts in Salesforce.
  • Assist in CRM initiatives like preparing collaterals for customers etc.

You bring along the following skills and competencies:

  • Passion for the MINI brand.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and self-confidence.
  • Good team player with positive working attitude.
  • Experience with Salesforce would be advantageous.
