Sales Admin Assistant (North / 5 Days / Invoicing)

• Working days & hours: 8:30AM – 6:00PM (Monday – Friday)

• Working Location at Yishun

Job Scope

• Prepare sales documents such as quotes, invoices, contracts, and proposals.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate between sales teams and other departments (e.g., finance, logistics).
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle walk-in customer.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• GCE O Level and above
• 1 – 2 years related experience in relevant position
