Sales Admin Coordinator

Join Our Team as an Administrative Support Specialist!

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support? We're seeking a dedicated team player to join our Sales Team and contribute to our continued success. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth operations of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage sales orders and oversee the delivery process to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate projects effectively, liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, or walk-ins to our showroom, providing professional and friendly assistance
  • Schedule and conduct sales visits and appointments for the sales team
  • Handle the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and payments to facilitate efficient transactions
  • Undertake general office administrative duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Looking for driven individuals with great customer service
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or a relevant field is a plus
  • Meticulous, Responsible, independent and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, hardworking and friendly attitude
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Bonus to be Bilingual
