Mon to Fri, 9am to 530pm
location: 5 mins from Haw Par Villa MRT

Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and requests through phone calls and emails.
Follow up on business development, troubleshoot issues, and address customer complaints.
Process paperwork including sales quotations, purchase orders (POs), contracts, and delivery orders (DOs).
Handle unpacking and packing of goods for arrivals and deliveries.
Prepare monthly sales reports, sales forecasts, and inventory records for reporting and analysis.
Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

with 1 to 2 years of sales support experience
Knowledge of MS Office
