Sales Admin - CYY

Job Summary:

• Up to $3,500 (depends on experience)
• Work Life Balance, NO OT
• Working hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5.30pm), Saturday (9am – 12pm) - only 1 Saturday every month 
• Working location: Pioneer
• Variable Bonus based on performance

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform all kinds of general admin duties such as data entry, preparing weekly and monthly reports
• To handle PO, DO, Contract and quotation
• To attend to customers via phone and email
• To respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when required
• To support overseas team members and follow up on overseas requests and inquiries
