Sales Admin Executive

The Sales Admin Executive assists in the monitoring and smooth execution of the company’s projects’ sales administration throughout the development stages of the projects. 

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain an updated database – for sales, buyers, agents’ commission
• Develop relationships with key operational contacts, both internal & external
• Manage “after sales admin work” such as:
  1. Preparing sales agreement
  2. Getting authorized signatories for sales agreement
  3. Tracking using booking system
  4. Monitoring & follow-through on requests from developers/ partners/ buyers (e.g., payment timeline, modification works)
  5. Co-ordinating the closing of property deals
  6. Ensuring all documentation are in order (e.g., duly signed, complete)
• Liaise with homeowners for handovers
• Prepare weekly reports of sales progress
• Maintain URA weekly reports
• Assist in the setting-up of Sales office & sales documentation
• Provide admin support at show flat galleries when required
• Any ad hoc duties and/or flexibility and cover as required

Job Requirements:

• At least a Polytechnic Diploma or GCE “A” levels
• Must be proficient in MS EXCEL
• Strong command of English language
• Be meticulous & organized
• Experience in real estate industry will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and as a team member
