Sales Admin Executive - Innovative Company

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide support to customers and managers
• Perform sales administrative and order management functions
• Handle customer enquiries and correspondences
• Liaise with various departments on planning, delivery, quality, engineering and registration matters
• Provide design and administrative support in marketing materials and corporate website
• Any other sales administration and marketing related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Relevant working experience in manufacturing sector
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and Adaptable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and Visual Graphic Design tools will be an added advantage
