Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that orders are fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to provide information by responding to emails, phone calls, and enquiries through various channels.
- Sales Correspondence: Coordinate with customers by acknowledging emails, sending follow-up emails, and updating on the order status and delivery schedules.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and vendor records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including quotes, sales orders, store picklists, delivery orders and invoices.
- Admin Support: Provide vital support by handling administrative tasks and all other adhoc duties as assigned and when required.
Stationery Inventory: Monitor office stationery inventory and prepare requisition for replenishment.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least ‘O’ level / ITC/ Diploma or any discipline
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- Independent and team player with strong self-initiatives and communication skills
- Able to work under minimal supervision with a sense of urgency
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Open for Singaporeans only
