Responsibilities :

• Issue quotation, invoice, purchase order
• Arrange spare parts delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers and advise customers on the status of shipment.
• Respond to customer’s enquiry.
• Provide full administrative support to the department.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1-3years’ relevant experience in a similar position
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
