Sales and Contracts Officer - with Growth Opportunities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business or other relevant Discipline  
• At least 5 year(s) relevant working experience in a Sales/Customer Service/Sales Coordinator Role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
• Meticulous, neat and systematic
• Excellent follow up skills and time management skills 
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills 
• Ability to adapt to a fast-pace environment and to meet deadlines
• Willing to commit long hours as and when required
• Start immediate or within short notice
• Training shall be provided  

Working Hours

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and contracts department 
• Assist with preparation of sales quotation 
• Assist to review contractual documents 
• Handles external sales queries
• Participate in the negotiation process
• Coordinate with internal department to ensure project requirements are met 
• Receive and screen incoming phone calls and redirect them when appropriate 
   

Note
This is a 6-month contract position with a fixed monthly salary, medical and annual leave benefits.
