Sales and Marketing Executive - Rapid Progression

Pacific Time is a leading distributor of exquisite luxury timepieces since its inception in 2003. A wholly owned subsidiary of Cortina Holdings Group, Pacific Time’s current stable of timepiece brands includes H. Moser & Cie, Hautlence, Moritz Grossmann and Singer Reimagined.

Pacific Time provides a full spectrum of distributor support for the Asia Pacific region with a focus on areas such as distribution network, training, strategic marketing, merchandise visibility, repairs and after sales support.

We are looking for a proactive and dependable team player to support the Sales and Marketing Department. This role is pivotal in supporting both primary operations and administrative functions. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• To assist the Marketing and Sales department in maintaining and preparation of sales reports, business presentations, maintaining updated price lists, preparation of any letters or other documents etc.
• Coordinate with our brand principals and retailers on sales and marketing needs – marketing materials, shipments, repairs, brand page updates, etc.
• To help in event planning – involvement in managing, organizing, and attending events, as and when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments necessary for sales and marketing strategies.
• Assist in sourcing and preparation of gifting needs.
• Support the sales team in prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Support maintenance of website and social media accounts.
• To perform administrative duties and fulfill any other responsibilities, as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE or Diploma and above
• At least 1-3 years of working experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint 
• Meticulous with a flair for numbers
• Meticulous, well-organized, able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative thinker who is proactive, resourceful, collaborative and is driven to deliver results.
