Sales and Marketing Manager (Petrochemical, Utilities, Power Plants, EPC)

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales and business development activities in the assigned area to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive results.
• Collaborate with customers and design engineers to ensure product alignment with requirements.
• Handle commercial and technical clarifications, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand market share.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Petrochemical, Utilities, Power Plants, or EPC sectors.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Must possess own transport for business activities.
