Sales and Marketing Manager - Urgent Hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts, focusing on driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and developing effective marketing strategies to clear excess inventory quickly. This role will be responsible for managing a team of sales personnel, developing and executing sales and marketing plans, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. We are a shared service here in Malaysia and our HQ is based in Singapore. 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Lead and manage a team of sales personnel to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to clear excess inventory quickly.
• Ensure efficient sale operations and process improvement.

Marketing Management: 

• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts.
• Manage marketing budget and resources effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Inventory Management:

• Collaborate with the operations team to manage inventory levels and optimize stock turnover.
• Develop and implement strategies to clear excess inventory quickly.

Performance Metrics and Outcomes:

• Set, monitor, and review performance metrics for sales and marketing activities.
• Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt strategies

Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales and marketing professionals.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the fresh produce or related industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the local and regional fresh produce market
• Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to develop and implement strategic and operational plans

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
