Job Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in directing and controlling sales activities to achieve predetermined targets and long-term company objectives
• Stay informed about market trends and customer needs to enhance sales performance
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize storage costs for company and Non-company products
• Contribute to developing marketing plans and targets by analysing sales results
• Develop and execute advertising and promotional programs to drive business plans
• Manage various marketing channels, including online and offline platforms
• Formulate and implement pricing policies considering order forecasting and inventory control
• Organize and coordinate workshops and seminars for institutions and band directors to enhance engagement and networking opportunities
• Actively engage in promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade fairs

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing roles, preferably in the relevant industry
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product features, benefits, and value propositions
• Analytical thinking to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competence in using digital tools and platforms for communication, presentations, and sales tracking
• Intrinsic motivation and a proactive approach to sales activities
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows
